About Danelle Radney

Danelle Radney has 20 years of experience in national multisite operations, DEI strategy and leadership development.
Danelle leads Health Equity strategy and operations for DaVita. She is responsible for developing and leading interventions improving clinical outcomes in communities with the greatest needs.

Before this, Danelle was Regional Operations Director in Northern VA and Orlando where she managed a $50M business with over 15 dialysis centers, denovos and joint ventures, and 200 teammates.

Prior to DaVita, Danelle was the Senior Director of College Programs at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) where she led, launched and built operations for undergraduate programming nationally. Additionally, Danelle has spent time in strategic and operations leadership roles across education, economic development and business development. She started her career in Corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Target Corporation where she held various programming and partnership roles.
Danelle holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. Danelle is an INROADS alumna, MLT MBA Prep Alumna and former HBS Leadership Fellow.
She sits on the Board for Fund for Education Abroad and the HBS Christian Fellowship Alumni Association.
